The North American Clivia Society has kindly agreed to administer orders by people resident in the United States of America , Canada , South America and Mexico . Payment of orders should be made by one of the following two methods
1. Cheque or money order
Complete the USA order form and forward it together with your check or money order (payable to N.A.C.S ) to: North American Clivia Society, PO Box 1808, Camarillo, CA 93011, U.S.A

Contact William McClelland at either tel. (805) 484-1484 or william_g_mcclelland@yahoo.com on how to go about using Paypal to transfer Clivia Society membership fees to mnacs@northamericancliviasociety.org

IMPORTANT REQUEST
Please, under no circumstances, e-mail a scanned copy of this form, follow the instructions below to complete and submit the form via e-mail:
1) Right click on the Publications Order Form link below
2) Click on "Save Target As"
3) Select the folder in which to save the file on your hard disk from the "Save in" box
4) Type the file name in the "File Name" box. The file name should be labeled in the following manner: "surname_initials_publications.rtf" (Example: Jeans_M_publications.rtf)
5) Click "Save"
6) Open the saved file, fill in the form and post as an attachment to William McClelland at william_g_mcclelland@yahoo.com
7) If appropriate, give details of bank where cheque was paid in, and date of payment.
