Conditions of service

A link to open or download the Travel and Accomodation Booking Form appears at the bottom of this page. The completion of all the details on the form is important.
 
Once the form has been completed it must be e-mailed (eunicevr.travelstudio@galileosa.co.za) or faxed (+27 12 362 2634) back to Sure Travel Studio.
 
Please note the following brief summary of conditions:
 
Hotels:

  • All rates are on a per night per person basis in a single room or on a per person basis sharing a double room. 
  • Rates include accommodation, VAT, breakfast and the tourism levy. Exceptions:  Breakfast is not included at the Whispering Waves resort. Porterage at some hotels is included
  • All extras will have to be settled direct when you check out.
  • Hotel rates are confirmed for September 2006, except for the Ascot Hotel. Final rates for the Ascot Hotel will only be available in July 2006.

Car hire:

  • Included in the rates are 100% collision damage and theft loss waiver, personal accident insurance, 14% VAT, Airport Surcharge, Tourism levy and unlimited kilometres.
  • Excluded are the Contract fee of R28.50, fuel deposit, additional driver fees, traffic fine and accident claim handling fees, one way rental fees and collection and delivery charges. All these extras must be settled direct with the car hire company.
  • You must present a valid credit card when hiring a car.

Visas and Inoculations:
It is the passenger's own responsibility to ensure that his/her Passport is in order, and that the necessary Visas and Inoculations are obtained timeously before departure. Advice and assistance with these requirements is available on request.

Fares quoted:
Fares quoted are subject to final confirmation at time of ticketing with the Principals concerned, fluctuations in Foreign Exchange Rates and availability of reservations.

Cancellation:
Services confirmed and paid for will be subject to cancellation charges as follows:
Cancellations received by 30 Jun 2006: 10%
Cancellations received by 30 Jul 2006: 25%
Cancellations received after 30 Jul 2006: 100%

Sure Travel Studio strongly recommends that you take adequate travel insurance. Assistance to obtain travel insurance in terms of Section 22 of the Tourism Act, 1993 is available on request.
