Regrettably, it will be logistically impossible to arrange that local enthusiasts accommodate all visiting delegates in their homes. Where possible such hospitality will be arranged, but unless delegates have been notified that they have been placed with a local grower or if they have made their own private arrangements, they should ALL budget for hotel accommodation.
Accomodation in Pietermaritzburg might be problematic since the Hilton Drama and Arts Festival are taking place during the same weekend as the KwaZulu-Natal show. You are advised to book well in advance. Local hosts will be very busy with conference/show/tour organisation as well as their own collections (peak miniata flowering) and private affairs, and it can not be assumed that they will be able to assist with transport - airport pickups or local visits. Please do make your own transport arrangements.
