Abstract Submission Form

The abstract submission form is available in two versions:

Electronic: Microsoft Word - Abstract Submission Form - employ the following procedure:

1) Right click on the form link above
2) Click on "Save Target As"
3) Select the folder in which to save the file on your hard disk from the "Save in" box
4) Type the file name in the "File Name" box. The file name should be labeled in the following     manner: "surname_initials_abs.doc" (Example: Smith_J_abs.doc)
5) Click "Save"
6) Open the saved file, fill in the form and post as an attachment to     abstracts@cliviasociety.org
